Please do not include sensitive personal data, identity documents, payment details or financial statements in your message. This website does not request them.
To protect the form from abuse, our security providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser characteristics and the result of an automated security check (Cloudflare Turnstile). Our servers keep short-lived operational logs that do not contain your message or contact details.
Why we use it
- to read and respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person or brand within JDE Group (steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries);
- to protect this website and its users against spam, fraud and abuse (legitimate interests);
- to comply with legal obligations where applicable.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our security and delivery provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to distinguish people from automated traffic.
Who receives your data
Your inquiry is delivered by email to the JDE Group team through our email delivery provider. Cloudflare provides content delivery, security and the Turnstile security check. These providers act on our behalf and may process data outside Thailand, in which case we rely on the safeguards permitted under applicable law.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
This website does not store inquiries in a database. Inquiry emails are kept only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, or longer where the law requires.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of your personal data; object to or ask us to restrict its processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
